We have officially postponed the Northland Horse Fair to a future date to be determined. At this time we are working with our venue and tent rental agency to pick a new date so we can resume Horse Fair planning. We are expecting a new date in later summer or fall of this year. As Minnesota businesses have just reopened as of May 18th we don't expect to have a date finalized until sometime in June when there are more details on what gatherings will require.
Some changes will be made to provide social distancing measures for the safety of all our guests, vendors, employees, and volunteers. We will be limiting the amount of vendors to provide adequate space for all so at this time we are not taking new vendor applications. Vendors that choose to not participate in this year's Horse Fair can request a full refund. Those limited spaces will go to the next vendors on the waiting list.
We will also be implementing virtual aspects to the Horse Fair where possible so people can participate from home. These will include streaming, recorded presentations, shopping options and more.
Our Horse Fair has always been a community event and we feel that is important to rework the event into a safe format so that our horse community can stay strong together!
